I began working as a photographer for the North Adams Transcript, a daily newspaper in the Northern Berkshires of Massachusetts in 1992. I worked there until the paper merged with The Berkshire Eagle in January of 2014. In addition I am an adjunct professor of photography and journalism at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where I have taught since 2001. I live in North Adams.
